Paul Plaisance, with NOLA Lending Group, LLC is now Resource Bank's in-house mortgage consultant.   Paul is a long-time resident of St. Tammany Parish and resides with his wife and three children in Mandeville.  He brings to our bank 13+ years of experience in mortgage lending.  

After graduating from the University of New Orleans in 1992, he began his career in lending with Wells Fargo Bank, where he managed branch operations for 9 years.   Following another 2 years in lending with Bank One, he joined the firm of NOLA Lending Group, LLC in January of 2003, where he has been their Senior Loan Officer for the past 3 years.  Here he has been able to work with a large number of investors to help his clients achieve easier approvals and the most aggressive mortgage rates available.  He has the ability to search the mortgage marketplace for his customers, and can now actually be a one-stop shop for the best rates and closing costs available!

Paul is extremely excited about making his professional services available to Resource Bank's customers and helping to simplify the home loan process for St. Tammany Parish and the Greater New Orleans area.   He is able to handle all transactions including purchase, refinance, renovation, and home equity loans.
